the group-send walkthrough

How to send one card to a whole group

Invitations, announcements, holiday lists: the workflow is the same. Design once, gather addresses, send personal links, and watch them open.

Step 1: Design the card once

Create your card as usual: your photo or PDF on the front, your message on the back, a stamp. This single design is what everyone will receive, so take the extra minute here since it's the only design step.

Step 2: Gather the addresses

In the share dialog, choose email invites and pick how your list comes in:

  • Manual or paste: for short lists, type names and emails or paste a list from your notes or contacts.
  • Spreadsheet: upload a CSV or Excel file and map the columns; each person is greeted by name.
  • Collect link: for guest lists, share a public link where people leave their own name and email; the list fills itself.

Step 3: Send personal invites

Every recipient gets their own email with their own private link. Nobody sees anyone else's address, and nobody gets a generic forwarded link. The envelope moment stays personal.

Step 4: Track opens per person

Your tracking view lists every recipient with their delivery status and the timestamp of their first open. A week before the event, you'll know exactly who to remind, and who has quietly already seen it three times.

Frequently asked questions

Can recipients see each other?

No. Each email and link is personal; no addresses or names are shared between recipients.

What if someone's email bounces?

The tracking view shows delivery status per invite, so you can fix the address or send them the link another way.

Is there a recipient limit?

Free accounts cover everyday lists; paid plans raise the ceiling for big mailings.

Can I mix email and plain links?

Yes. Some people get email invites; for others, create individual links and send them by WhatsApp or text.
