How to send a postcard online, in 4 steps
From a photo on your phone to an opened envelope on theirs: the whole process takes about two minutes. Here is exactly how it works.

Step 1: Upload your photo
Create a free account and start a new card. Upload any photo, image or PDF for the front; drag and drop works. If your PDF has two pages, the second page automatically becomes the back of the card; with more pages, you pick the two you want. Choose an orientation or aspect ratio: landscape, portrait, 3:2, 4:3, 16:9 or 1:1.
Step 2: Write the back
Flip the card in the editor and write your message in one of the handwritten fonts: Caveat for loose handwriting, Dancing Script for something neater. Add a stamp: a built-in design or your own uploaded image, cut out with a perforated edge. Prefer a second photo instead of text? The back can hold that too.
Step 3: Create the link
Open the share dialog and create a private link. Set an expiry date if the card is time-sensitive, and pick the recipient's language: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian. Sending to many people? Paste email addresses, upload a spreadsheet, or share a collect link so people add themselves; everyone gets a personal link.
Step 4: Send and watch it land
Send the link by WhatsApp, text or email. The recipient taps it, an envelope slides open, and your card flips out, front first, then your message on the back. Your dashboard shows exactly who opened the card and when.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send a postcard online for free?
Yes. Creating and sending your first postcards is free, with no credit card needed. You only upgrade when you want extras like higher limits.
Does the recipient need an account or app?
No. Anyone with the private link can open the card. The recipient sees a short envelope animation and then the postcard, with no sign-up and no app to install.
How fast does it arrive?
Instantly. The card is ready the moment you send the link; there is no delivery time at all.
Can I undo or change the card after sending?
Yes. Edit the card and the link shows the updated version; links you already sent still work.
